To confirm your reservation you have to pay in advance the 30% of the total amount. Once this is done, you will receive an email confirming your reservation, in which you will find all the details.

We will be more than happy to modify, in any moment, the number of guests up to 14 adults (+ 2 babies). On the other side, we do everything we can to change the period of your reservation, without asking for any additional charges. In case the reservation must be moved to a period where the rate is higher, we ask you to pay the difference. If the change is not possible, due to lack of availability of the riad, you will be required to respect the original reservation or the cancellation policy. In case of early departure, the remaining nights will be at your expense.

The 30% deposit cannot be refunded in any case, we will more than happy to issue a voucher of the same amount to be used within the next 12 months. If within 12 months, the stay will not be rescheduled, the deposit will be definitively lost

Contact us before your arrival, and we will arrange a car with driver to pick you up wherever you are. Remember that we offer a free on way transfer, if you book directly on the website.

We accept Euro, USD Dollar or Moroccan dirhams by Paypal or cash.

Yes, children are welcome, and we ask their parents not to leave them alone. We also have 2 cots, on request, that can be put in the parents room at 25 € per day.

Yes, the tourist tax is 23dh per person per night. This tax is not included in the price of the stay, and must be paid cash directly at the riad.
