Everything as advertised. Would recommend guests to book tours/excursions and meals through the Riad staff, much better than tours we booked on other sites.

😍 dieses Riad erfüllt alle Erwartungen, nein, sogar darüber hinaus. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Veronica und youness war immer perfekt. Alle waren so gastfreundlich und haben uns bei allem geholfen. Das Riad ist so zauberhaft ausgestattet und eingerichtet, es war einfach toll. Die dachterrasse ist der Wahnsinn und im Riad kann man wundervoll entspannen. Alles wurde perfekt für uns geplant und durchgeführt, von der Abholung am Flughafen, über den Trip in die agafay Wüste, bis zum Transfer zum Flughafen. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt !! Danke für das überaus leckere Abendessen und das tolle Frühstück!! DANKE FÜR ALLES! Ihr seid wundervoll ♥️

…al di là delle nostre aspettative. Location raffinata e curata nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile berbero. Personale molto professionale e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza (un affettuoso ringraziamento a Youness e Housseini sempre attenti, gentili e accudenti). Abbiamo optato piû volte per la formula comprensiva del pranzo e della cena (oltre alla colazione già prevista) e anche per questo servizio siamo rimasti oltremodo soddisfatti delle pietanze tipiche, cucinate con maestria da Bouchra, una dolcissima cuoca marocchina. Un ringraziamento particolare a Veronica, ottima padrona di casa che è riuscita, anche per il tramite dei suoi validi collaboratori e collaboratrici a coccolarci e a farci sentire a nostro agio in un contesto così diverso dal nostro, riuscendo a farci apprezzare tutto il fascino della cultura locale. Dovessimo tornare a Marrakech non avremo dubbi nell’opzionare nuovamente questa magica location. Un unico difetto: il riad ed il personale dedicato sono talmente accoglienti che si fa veramente fatica ad allontanarsi da questo rilassante contesto per visitare Marrakech.

Veronica, Youness, and team made our experience very comfortable and easy. The Riad is beautiful, very centrally located, and completely exceeded our expectations – we enjoyed at home spa treatments in the hammam, tea on the terrace, and a dinner cooked by Bouchra at the Riad. We really looked forward to returning to the Riad after our busy days out in Marrakesh. Highly recommend for an unforgettable stay!
